The rates published on the website are for packages up to 1 Kg. For shipments heavier than 1 Kg or for exact cost based on weight/size/destination, please contact us with the shipment details and we'll give you an accurate quote.
Yes — the rates shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. Total cost (including VAT or other applicable taxes) will be calculated at the time of shipment and shown before final confirmation.
We have a flat rate of Rs 75 for packaging bulk items (this excludes the cost of the boxes themselves). Fragile items require additional protective packaging and will incur extra charges. Contact us with item details for exact packaging cost.
Yes — we offer Express Delivery during office hours and can deliver within 24 hours for applicable routes. Availability depends on origin & destination; confirm with our team when booking.
There is no absolute limit on the value of goods you can send. However, a 2% valuable charge applies if the declared value exceeds Rs 50,000. All shipped items must be legal in the destination country.
Yes — once a shipment has been dispatched from OnWay the cost is non-refundable. If you need to cancel before dispatch, contact our support immediately; cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of processing.
